Biografía
Nacido en Aguadilla Puerto Rico, emigro junto a su familia una semana después de haber nacido a la ciudad de San Francisco, California. Regresando luego a sus 6 años a su natal pueblo de Isabela Puerto Rico donde a esa edad comenzó a cantar en diferentes actividades junto a su padre. Desde ese momento su talento lo llevo alrededor de toda la isla de Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos. En su adolescencia fue parte de una agrupación rock-metal llamada Existencia Final; pero nunca dejo de cantar con su padre todo tipo de géneros musicales, con quien despues grabo su primera producción discográfica con letras de su propia inspiración la cual nunca salió al mercado. A sus 16 años firmo un contrato disquero como solista con la desaparecida disquera multinacional VGR Records donde comenzó a trabajar su producción discográfica. Mientras comenzaba su producción fue cantante de varias agrupaciones de merengue. Paso un tiempo y luego lo inesperado: VGR se declaro en quiebra pero esto no lo detuvo. Melvin siguió demostrando su talento en diferente orquestas como cantante, bailarín y corista además de trabajar con su propia empresa como promotor, coordinador y manejador . Hasta que llego a la última agrupación llamada El Fuego, donde era cantante y bailarín tambien manejador, promotor y productor ejecutivo de la misma. Cuando por fin creía haber tenido todo lo que había soñado; estar en todas las emisoras de radio, televisión, prensa; carros lujosos, ropa costosa y mucho dinero. Una madrugada de camino a una entrevista radial para el programa mañanero de mas audiencia en Puerto Rico comenzó hablar con El Señor y le dijo : ? COMO ES POSIBLE QUE YA TENGO TODO LO QUE SOÑE Y ME SIENTO TAN SOLO? le dijo que algún día quería cantar para El y unas semanas mas tarde la agrupación se desintegro ya que la persona con la cual estaba asociada era uno de los cantantes desapareció con todo el dinero de las ventas de la producción y no solo el dinero sino con todo el material de la producción. Ahora con todo perdido; sin autos, sin casa, sin dinero, un matrimonio en crisis el único que podía ayudarlo era Jesucristo ya que todos sus amigos lo abandonaron pero llego uno que nunca te abandona. No obstante ya con Cristo es su vida desde el 2003 tuvo que vivir de tenerlo todo a una casa abandonada en pleno comienzo de un ministerio pastoral, su esposa lo abandono y el buscando todas las ayudas necesarias, suplicando y esperando en el Señor un milagro por todo un año ; pero la libre voluntad fue utilizada en su contra. Nada de esto lo detuvo de predicar la palabra de Dios, de trabajar para Dios y mucho menos de cantar para Dios aun cuando criaba el solo a sus hijos. Emigro a la ciudad de New York por direccion de Dios, donde llego solo y con $37. Estuvo 2 años entre New York y Connecticut deambulante durmiendo en iglesias y donde podía; pero nunca Dios lo abandono. Nadie sabia lo que pasaba en su vida incluyendo sus padres; aun asi nunca dejo de servirle a Dios y de confiar en El. Después de tres años esperando en el Señor, se caso con la cantante de adoración Wendy Ramos donde ella compartió las primeras semanas de matrimonio durmiendo en un sofá en una vieja oficina; desde ese momento Dios lo ha bendecido no solo con un hogar y un ministerio evangelistico sino como pastor de jóvenes de la Iglesia Emanuel Camino de Restauración en la ciudad de New Haven, Connecticut ; iglesia que pastorea el obispo Dr. Armando Hernández. Fue asistente del obispo, secretario administrativo de la iglesia y de la organización conciliar, directors de adoración y maestro de escuela bíblica. Ha sido chofer, conserje de la iglesia entre otros. Ha sobrevivido a 3 accidentes automovilísticos fatales, dos caídas de mas de 20 pies de altura, dos asaltos a mano armada, insultos, calumnias y humillaciones. Ahora despues de terminar este proyecto musical ; vive en la ciudad de Charlotte, North Carolina,esta escribiendo su primer libro; vive en la ciudad de Charlotte, North Caroliel cual trata de todas sus vivencias , desde su infancia falta carente de afecto en un hogar donde nunca tuvo vida normal, su adolescencia y todo lo que acontecio en su vida hasta llegar a los pies de Cristo. Esta trabajando junto a su mejor amigo de la infancia en el proyecto Faith by Grace. Todos estos acontecimientos los ha predestinado Dios para llevarlo a través de su fe y que hoy pueda decirle al mundo ?TAN SOLO CONFIA?

Since then his talent took him around the entire island of Puerto Rico and the United States. In his teens he was part of a group called rock metal Final Existence; but I never stopped singing with his father all kinds of musical genres, with whom he recorded after his first album with lyrics by his own inspiration which never came out. At 16 he signed a recording contract as a soloist with the missing multinational VGR Records label where he began to work his album. While beginning its production was singer of merengue several groups. Step a while and then the unexpected: VGR filed for bankruptcy but this did not stop him. Melvin continued to prove his talent in different bands as a singer, dancer and a singer and work with his own company as a promoter, coordinator and manager. Until you get to the last group called Fire, where he was also a singer and dancer manager, developer and executive producer of the same. When he finally thought he had everything he had dreamed; be on all radio, television, press; luxury cars, expensive clothes and money. One morning on the way to a radio interview for the morning show audience of over Puerto Rico began talking to the Lord and said,? AS YOU MAY ALREADY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU DREAM AND I FEEL SO ALONE? told him that someday I wanted to sing for him and a few weeks later the group broke up as the person with whom he was associated was one of the singers disappeared with all the money from sales of production and not just money but with all material production. Now with all lost; no car, no house, no money, a marriage in crisis the only one who could help him was Jesus Christ and all his friends abandoned him but I'm one that never leaves you. But with Christ and is his life since 2003 had to live it all to an abandoned house in the beginning of a pastoral ministry, his wife leaving and looking all necessary aid, begging and waiting on the Lord for a miracle by a year; but free will was used against him. None of this stopped him from preaching the word of God, to work for God, much less sing to God even when the mere raising their children. Emigrated to New York City by direction of God, which came with only $ 37. He spent two years wandering between New York and Connecticut and sleeping in churches where he could; but God will never abandon. Nobody knew what was happening in his life including his parents; even so I never cease to serve God and trust Him After three years of waiting on the Lord, he married singer Wendy Ramos worship where she shared the first weeks of sleeping on a sofa bed in an old office.; since that time God has blessed not only with a home and an evangelistic ministry but as youth pastor of Emanuel Church Road Restoration in the city of New Haven, Connecticut; church pastors Bishop Dr. Armando Hernandez. He was an assistant bishop, administrative secretary of the church and the organization reconcile directors of worship and Bible school teacher. He has been a driver, janitor of the church and others. It has survived three fatal car accidents, two falls of over 20 feet tall two armed assaults, insults, slander and humiliation. Now after finishing this musical project; lives in the city of Charlotte, North Carolina, is writing his first book; lives in the city of Charlotte, North Caroliel which is all his experiences from childhood lack lacking affection in a home where he never had a normal life, adolescence and all that came to pass in your life up to the feet of Christ. He's working with his best childhood friend in the Faith by Grace project. All these events the God has predestined to carry through their faith and now can tell the world? JUST TRUST?
